With Election Day less than a week away, NBC News chief data analyst Steve Kornacki joins Rob Nelson to break down the congressional races that could help determine control of Congress. Kornacki examines New Jersey's closely watched contests between Rep. Tom Kean Jr. and Rebecca Bennett in the 7th District and Rep. Jeff Van Drew and Zack Mullock in the 2nd District, along with key races nationwide and the issues driving voters.
NJ PBS Spotlight Washington reporter Ben Hulac examines Rep. Tom Kean Jr.'s record on mental health policy, his nearly four-month absence from Congress while receiving treatment for depression, and questions surrounding transparency and accountability. Hulac also discusses reports of increased federal election monitoring and explains the distinction between election monitors and observers.
