What's happening at NJ PBS?

Montclair State University now operates NJ PBS. Starting October 1, the station will officially broadcast from the university in Montclair, New Jersey. Our mission hasn't changed: trusted news and great public media for New Jersey.

Are my favorite programs going away?

No. You'll still get the PBS programs you love. Some air times may change, so please check our program schedule to see when your favorite shows are on.

Is there a new evening newscast?

Yes. NJ PBS News with Rob Nelson premieres October 1 at 5:30 p.m. It will air wherever you watch NJ PBS.

Is Reporters Roundtable ending?

We know how much you love and value Reporters Roundtable in providing viewers smart, substantive conversations about issues around the state. Reporters Roundtable is taking a short break, but will return on the air later in October.

What's happening to NJ Spotlight News?

NJ Spotlight News is one of the best sources of news in New Jersey, and it has a permanent home at NJ PBS. The Spotlight team, its reporting and its archive are joining the NJ PBS newsroom.

For now, you can keep reading Spotlight stories at njspotlightnews.org. Over time, all of that coverage will move to njpbs.org.
