Republican Joe Hathaway, a Randolph councilman and former mayor, is facing Rep. Analilia Mejia for the second time this year. Hathaway lost April’s special election by roughly 21 points. Now, Hathaway has to convince voters in New Jersey’s 11th Congressional District to make a different choice.
This district covers much of Morris County and parts of Essex and Passaic counties.
