The broadcast EEO program
The FCC broadcast EEO rule (47 CFR §73.2080) requires a station with five or more full-time employees to prepare an annual EEO public-file report, post it in the online public inspection file, and link it from the station website. This page is the home for that link, and it points to the current report, which NJPBA hosts. It is the FCC broadcast EEO report, distinct from any CPB EEO certification a grantee files separately.
What the report covers
The annual report describes the station’s full-time job openings during the period, how each opening was publicized, and the recruitment and outreach the station carried out to reach a wide range of candidates.
